Authentication Audit
I verify that your sending domains are properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. If they’re not, I work directly with your team to get them set up correctly.
Why it matters: Inbox providers — especially Google — apply harsh deliverability penalties to senders who don’t meet authentication requirements. This is table stakes, and it’s frequently wrong even at companies that think they have it covered.
Engagement Audit
Four reports with more than 100 data points analyzing your email and customer engagement across the past 30–180 days. You’ll see exactly where engagement is healthy, where it’s deteriorating, and what the trend lines look like.
You’ll get a clear picture of: list health, send frequency, unsubscribe and complaint rates, segmentation quality, and how your engagement compares to what you should be seeing at your stage and vertical.
Creative Audit
A deep-dive analysis of your top 10 performing emails. I look at subject lines, preview text, email design, copy structure, conversion rates, mobile rendering, and calls to action. Where applicable, I also review campaigns, forms, and notification emails.
Why it matters: Intentional creative changes — often small ones — can produce significant lifts in open rates and clicks. Most teams don’t have the external perspective to see what’s become invisible to them.
Observations and Recommendations
A one-hour strategy call (recorded) where I walk you through everything I found. You’ll leave with:
- Documented immediate action items — the things worth fixing now
- Strategic recommendations — the bigger changes worth prioritizing over the next 90 days
- A written summary you can share with your team or leadership
The call is recorded so you have a reference, and all recommendations are written up in a shareable doc.
