How it works

01 — Qualification call

30 minutes to confirm your tool is set up, data is flowing, and you’re ready to move. No sense starting the clock until the foundation is solid.

02 — Research and intake

You fill out a short intake form with links to your tone of voice, product docs, positioning, etc. I go deep on your product, your ICP, and what success looks like for your users. This is what makes the copy feel like it was written for your customers.

03 — Sprint

Every email is written and drafted. Every workflow is built and configured in your tool. Triggers, segments, delays, goals — all set up and logic-checked.

04 — Walkthrough and handoff

A 60-minute session walking through everything that was built, how the logic works, and what to watch once it’s live. You leave owning it completely.

  • A defined user and account object with core attributes (plan, signup date, last active)
  • Product events or user properties flowing into your ESP
